Data controller

Technical logs
The hosting service processes server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages), which are necessary for the operation and security of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller in the security of the service.
Traffic measurement
This site uses Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 to measure visits and page interactions. Measurement cookies are set only after your consent, given through the banner: if you decline, Google only receives technical, cookieless signals. With your consent, Google Signals are also active: aggregated, non-identifying data from users who enabled ads personalisation on their Google account, used for cross-device measurement. Data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Legal basis: consent.
Data you send us voluntarily
If you contact us by email or through the contact form on this site, we process the data you choose to share (name, email address, company if provided, message content) for the sole purpose of replying to your request. Form messages are delivered through the provider Resend and are not stored in a database. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Videos sent through the upload page
If you upload a video from the dedicated page we process the file you choose. We do not ask for your name, contact details or anything else: the form only has the file picker. Videos are stored on Cloudflare R2, in European Union data centres and in a non-public space: there is no permanent address to download them from, and the links we generate for that purpose expire after seven days. Alongside the file we record the date, IP address and user agent of the upload, so we can act if the page is abused. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service. To ask for a video to be deleted, write to [email protected].
Retention
Technical logs are kept for the time strictly necessary to ensure security and operation. Email correspondence and form requests are kept for the time needed to manage the relationship and any legal obligations. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to the contacts above. You can also withdraw your cookie consent at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
